Do you want to know how Frozen was made?! If you answered yes, this is the session for you! We will explore 3D modeling & animation. You will get to learn on the same software as the industry professionals. Create a character, a world, or both and make it come to life. Bring your imagination to reality!
Session attendees will be introduced to 3D modeling and animation software and techniques. This session is facilitated by New Design School's Executive Director and former Disney digital artist David Kersey. David has 15 years of experience working on animated movies in Hollywood including the Academy Award winner Frozen. Students will learn all about the movie making process and get to experiment with bringing their own ideas to life. This is an introduction to the world of 3D and the kids will get to bring home a video of their own creation.
A computer is required for this course. Please check the links below to see if you have a system that can handle the power! We are working on donation possibilities to provide computers but it is best if the students bring their own. Thanks!
